1. About the Site and Our Services

chicagohostco provides short-term rental management and consulting services to property owners in the Chicago area. The Site is an informational website that allows property owners to learn about our services and to submit an inquiry requesting a free, no-obligation revenue estimate or other information.

The Site does not sell products, process payments, or allow you to book or purchase services online.

2. The Inquiry Form Is Not a Contract

When you submit information through our estimate or contact form, you are making an inquiry only. Submitting the form, and our response to it, does not create a property management agreement, an engagement, or any other binding contract between you and chicagohostco.

Any revenue estimate, projection, or analysis we provide is an informational, non-binding estimate based on the information you supply and on general market data. It is not a guarantee of income, performance, or results. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control.

Any property management relationship between you and chicagohostco will be governed by a separate written agreement, signed by both parties. Only such a separate signed agreement creates binding obligations regarding management services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including property information that is not yours to submit
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Site
• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish content from the Site without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, chicagohostco and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless chicagohostco and its owner from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
